Did you know that grass fed beef is leaner and has a higher pertentage of healthy Omega 3 fatty acids than grain fed beef? Our cattle spend their lives on pasture, eating grass and hay during winter months when grasses are less plentiful. We handle them with care to keep stress low and never add antibiotics or hormones.  We believe that good feed, a healthy environment and low stress makes happy cattle and happy cattle produce the best beef!
